Zach says, “At first, the wine was a bit buttery and rich on the nose, but this dissipated quickly. After 1-2 hours, red/blueberry and green peppercorns. Medium bodied. Red fruit and subtle, integrated green pepper on the palate. Delightful minerality and crystalline. 8.5/10 Lauren says, “Garnet. Aroma of blackberry and mint. Medium body. High acidity and medium tannins. Flavor of cherry, black pepper, and menthol. Long finish. I don’t 100 percent trust my palate right now because I’m getting over a cold, but I do enjoy it. 8/10.”
