Zach says, “Light gold yellow with a green sheen. Nose with notes of buttered popcorn, lemon. Like a lemon custard tart. Medium bodied. Really elegant and integrated oak. Long on the finish. There is subtle salinity on the palate. Really balanced and rich after a few hours open. 9/10”
Lauren says, “Golden. Much better once it opens. Aroma of kiwi, cantaloupe, apricot, and wet soapy washcloth (don’t ask it’s not bad). Medium body. High acidity. Flavor of lemon and cooking butter. Definitely some oak that softens after time. 9/10.”
