Lauren says, “Dark golden color. Aroma of molasses, soy sauce, and figs. Medium body. High acidity. Gentle bubbles. Has a slight sherry component with the aging, but very slight. Flavor is nutty with hints of brioche, and a little citrus & fig jam. Something different! 10/10.”

Zach says, “Orange gold in the glass. Notes of passion fruit, toasted walnut, rosemary. High acidity, subtle funk, long toasted nut finish. Something to keep thinking about because there is a lot going on but also very enjoyable. 9.5/10.”
