Zach says, “Light cherry with a light salmon ring. Nose: raspberry, iron, licorice, sweet tobacco. Very stone like on the palate, savory. Medium bodied. Medium + acidity. I find a few of his wines have this subtle yeasty, earthiness on the finish.  A lot of raspberry and cherry on the palate. My type of drinkable wine. 8.5/10.”
