Lauren says, “Yellow with a hint of green. Aroma is fresh- citrus, mango skin and canned green beans. High acidity. Light body. Flavor is sharp and bright- lemons dominate the palate with a slight vanilla extract on the finish. It is unique but I think I liked the other cuvée better by this producer. 8/10.”

Zach says, “Yellow gold in the glass. This cuvée is a bit more inorganic on the nose than the prior cuvée sampled from this producer. I also find the nose slight muted. Notes of flint, lime, jasmine, baby powder. 

Medium bodied. High acidity. Slight flint on the palate, but predominately citrus and a nudge of passion fruit. Nice, agreeable and understated. 8/10.”
