Zach says, “ Light gold in the glass. Nose is very rich and potent. Notes of almond biscotti, sherry, marzipan, quince/dried apricots, jasmine. I think Meunier has this oceanic, saline quality. There is a lot of acidity and sherry notes in the palate, long finish with buttered bread and apples. 9/10.”
Lauren says, “Light gold. Fine bubbles. Aroma of green apples and almond biscotti. Flavor is tart initially- green apple then becomes smooth and ends on a yeasty brioche note. Effervescence is mild and consistent throughout. High acidity. 9/10.”
