Zach says, “Deep red in the glass with a lot of sediment. This wine took 2-3 hours to open up. There was a lot of alcohol on the nose at first. Now, however, I am getting tinned cherries cedar/earth, and purple flower. A lot of alcohol reduces the nuance. I liked “backgrin” more from Gea. Full bodied. High tannin. Lacking some finesse but there is a long raspberry and stemy finish. 7.5/10.”

Lauren says, “Deep burgundy. Aroma of licorice and cherry liquor. Full body. High acidity. High tannin. Flavor of blackberries and baking spices. Needed time to open. 7.5/10.”
