Lauren says, “Creamy yellow. Aroma of graham crackers and white flowers. High acidity. Flavor of biscotti, lemon, butter, and flint. Quite rich and complex. Almost has a smokey component. 8/10.”

Zach says, “ Golden yellow. Luxurious mousse. Fine bead. Very rich, complex and unique. On the nose there is miso, toasted almond, egg bread French toast, sandalwood. There is a lot of richness and toasted almond depth. Moderate acidity. A lot of brown butter and toasted nuttiness almost a sherry like quality. Very complex and rich but not my favorite style. 8/10.”
