Lauren says , “Plum color with crimson rim. Aroma of black licorice, cherry, clove, and vanilla. A very sweet and jammy smell with an underlying sage and freshly cut grass scent. I like it a lot. Mild tannins. Medium to full bodied. Flavors of black cherry, oak, and licorice. Complex and interesting. Very rich. 8.5/10. Pairs well with Gouda.”

Zach says, “The wine is garnet-purple in color. The nose is fragrant, complex, and develops in the glass. There are heady notes of cherry, menthol, cedar, creme de cassis, and dried oregano. Medium to full bodied mouthfeel. Very smooth, light tannins work harmoniously with generous levels of acidity. Finish is smooth and long lasting. Very enjoyable! 8.5/10”
