Chloe Pinot Noir, 2015.
We drank with disgusting homemade garlic and onion poop sauce and delicious sorbet.
Lauren says, “Smooth black cherry pinot noir with a sharp black peppery ending. 7.5/10”
Zach says, “Nose of rich chocolate ganache and plum. Rich, light and fruity at the start that clunks its way to a smooth bitterness. The transition is not entirely smooth but it is still nice. 7.5/10”
