California Square Chardonnay.
Lauren says, "Overall smooth with underlying sharp oakiness. Ending is complex, but leaves an earthy oak aftertaste. Very drinkable. Feels heavy, but I could finish a glass. I like it for a white. Probably better with food. JK. After eating with a meal, slowly becoming worse. 7/10–>4/10
**Reds have a higher threshold than whites. I feel that whites can only be as high as an 8. For example, Kiwi Cuvée and Chablis, which I love.”
Zach says, "A smooth white that gracefully makes its way into a long savory and slightly bitter aftertaste. Heavy butter after taste that lingers, unfortunately, far after the sip. It seems like a nice chard, and would go nicely with appropriate food, but it is obviously still chard, which doesn’t settle well on the palate for me. 5/10—>4/10"
